Description
The Black Russian Terrier is a rare Russian breed, has large bear-like feet with thick black pads and a black waterproof coat (sometimes with flecks of grey).
Characteristics
Inquisitive, observant and playful, the Black Russian Terrier loves human interaction but is suspicious of strangers.
Health Problems
This breed can be prone to hip and elbow dysplasia.
Exercise
Take your Black Russian Terrier for a daily walk and play off the leash. It likes water and snow.
Grooming
The Black Russian Terrier sheds very little if it's brushed regularly.
Living Environment
This dog needs very close human interaction. Apartment living is fine if it gets enough exercise.
