Description
Large, lean and strong, the Rough Collie has a wedge-shaped head, a soft tight undercoat and a straight harsh outer coat.
Characteristics
Very smart, sweet, easy to train, loyal and good with other pets, the Collie is energetic outdoors, good with kids and likes to be a part of a family.
Health problems
This breed is generally healthy.
Exercise
This dog needs a lot of daily exercise including play off the leash.
Grooming
Weekly brushing is enough to keep this coat in good condition.
Living Environment
Apartment living is fine if it gets enough exercise. It doesn't like the heat very much.
