We’re excited to say you will now collect Everyday Rewards points on all your orders at Petstock including Autoship orders. Simply link your Everyday Rewards account to your Petstock Rewards account either online or in-store, and start collecting points on your product purchases today!*
We will begin transitioning accounts across to Petstock from Monday the 19th August and should complete the process by Saturday the 26th August. You will not have access to your account between these dates. When the merge is completed, we will let you know (keep an eye out for an email from Petstock!).
To ensure a smooth transition, your Autoship may be debited before its scheduled date. If your Autoship is set to land between the 19th and 22nd of August, the charge will be made on the 19th of August, coinciding with the transition of your account to Petstock. If you need to change the date, please contact us or log in to your Petstock account using the same email and password as your Pet.co.nz account. If you have an existing Petstock account, log in with those current credentials.
Head to Petstock.co.nz to access your Autoship account using the same email address and password you use on Pet.co.nz or alternatively, if you already have a Petstock account, login with those current credentials.
Petstock uses the same delivery provider as Pet.co.nz so your delivery times won’t change.
Yes, free shipping will still apply to all Active Autoship orders over $59 and all non-Autoship orders over $75.
Yes, if you remain opted in you will now receive marketing communications from Petstock from 19th August 2024.
You can simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Pet.co.nz emails we send you from the 12th August 2024. If you have not unsubscribed by the 19th August 2024 we will transfer your personal details over to Petstock and you will start to receive marketing communications from Petstock. You may also contact our Petstock Customer Service Team here at any time to unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications.
